Return and refund policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For our EU customers, this policy complies with your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
